Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms are the agreement between every attendee (“you”) and Nashville Days, owned and operated by The Other Country (“we”, “us”, “our”). Buying or using a ticket means you accept these Terms. Please also read your ticket agent’s terms.
Who Are We?
Nashville Days is a community-powered, family-focused country music festival. Our ethos is Country Not Corporate. Any surplus is put back into future events.
Tickets
- A ticket is a revocable licence to enter. It may be a paper ticket, e-ticket, barcode, email, or wristband. Keep it with you at all times.
- Only buy from our authorised agents as listed on our website. Unauthorised resale or touting may void your ticket without refund.
- Tickets are non-transferable and, except where the law says otherwise, non-refundable. Refunds are at the organisers’ discretion.
- If a ticket or wristband is lost, damaged, defaced, or altered it may be invalid. Treat them like cash.
Age and ID
- Under 18s must attend with a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
- Bars operate Challenge 25. Accepted ID is an original passport, photo driving licence, or PASS card. Photos or copies are not accepted.
- Anyone under 18 found with alcohol may be ejected. Anyone buying alcohol for someone under 18 may be ejected with no refunds.
Entry, Searches, and Re-Admission
- Security may search people, bags, and vehicles at any time. If you refuse a search you will not be allowed in and you will not get a refund.
- We may refuse entry or eject anyone for safety, intoxication, abuse, breaking rules, failing ID checks, or ticket issues. No refunds.
- Re-admission policy will be shown on your ticket and on our website. Follow steward instructions at all times.
What Not to Bring and Expected Behaviour
To keep a safe, welcoming, family atmosphere:
- Do not bring illegal drugs, nitrous oxide, drug paraphernalia, weapons, glass, fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, lasers, drones, large speakers, air horns, or items we judge unsafe.
- No flags or signage with offensive or inflammatory content. Confederate flags are banned anywhere on site.
- Food and drink in the arena: you may bring one sealed 500–750 ml plastic water bottle or an empty reusable bottle to fill on site. Medically required food and reasonable snacks for children are allowed. No alcohol and no glass from outside.
- Be kind and respectful to other guests, staff, artists, and neighbours. No climbing, unsafe crowd activity, or antisocial behaviour.
Smoking and Vaping
Smoking is permitted outdoors, however we request that you use the ashtrays that are provided for health, safety and local wildlife reasons.
Filming and Photography
- Casual mobile photos and short clips are fine. Professional photo or video kit, long lenses, tripods, lighting, and drones are not allowed unless we agree in writing first.
- By entering you agree that you and your group may be photographed and recorded. We may use these recordings to promote the festival in any media. We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Accessibility
- As our event is entirely funded by ticket sales, we do not offer a personal assistant ticket for Nashville Days.
- Tell us your access needs at least 7 days before the event so we can try to help.
Safety and Site Operations
- This is an outdoor event. Ground can be uneven and weather can change. Wear suitable footwear and clothing. Protect your hearing near loud music.
- Some areas may run at capacity. You may need to queue. Running orders and site layouts can change for safety or licensing reasons. Follow staff instructions.
Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Line-ups and timings can change. Tickets are for the event, not a specific artist.
- If the event is cancelled in full you will be offered a refund of the ticket face value by your ticket agent. If it is postponed you can use your existing ticket for the new date or ask your agent about a refund.
- Refunds for any other reason are at the organisers’ discretion, except where required by law.
- Booking fees, delivery costs, travel, accommodation, and other personal costs are not refunded.
Trading and Promotion
- Only authorised traders and partners may sell or promote on site. Do not bring branded promotional materials or try to trade without written approval.
Parking
- Parking is provided free of charge but your ticket does not guarantee you a parking space.
- Follow the parking signs and staff directions.
- No sleeping in vehicles.
- Obey speed limits on site.
Liability
- You attend at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage unless caused by our negligence or where the law does not allow exclusion.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Please avoid bringing valuables. Our maximum liability for property loss or damage is limited to the ticket price you paid.
Health Measures
- We may apply reasonable health and safety rules that reflect current public guidance. Check our website near the event for updates.
- Whilst medics are available on-site, your ticket does not guarantee that a medic can see to your request.
Complaints
- Tell a steward or visit Customer Help on the day so we can try to fix things there and then. After the event, contact us through the website within 7 days.
