    N° 03Our Story

    How It Started

The story behind Leicestershire's homegrown country festival

Nashville Days is a community-powered country music festival started by The Other Country, a band from Leicester, in 2024. It's been growing every year, and we'll never lose sight of why we do it.

There are no corporate sponsors, no bigwigs, and no profits. Every single penny goes straight back into the festival, because we genuinely love the UK country music scene, and the brilliant community that comes with it.

What you'll notice straight away is how it feels. There's space to relax, room to dance, and no one's trying to squeeze every last penny out of you. Our vendors don't overcharge. We don't cram people in. And as a result, everyone just has a genuinely brilliant time.

In 2025, our Pioneer Tickets helped us upgrade the stage, improve facilities, add more lighting, and bring in proper security for 2026. There are loads more surprises in store. Watch this space.

    Why We're Different

There are a lot of country music festivals in the UK now, and most of them are brilliant in their own way. But the honest truth is that most are run by promoters who love the business of events. We love country music.

That's not a criticism. Putting on any event takes serious work, and people deserve to be paid for it. But it does mean that decisions often get made with an eye on the margin. Ticket prices creep up. Bar prices follow. The gap between what it costs to get in and what it actually costs to run the thing quietly widens.

We don't do that. Nashville Days is a not-for-profit festival, run by people who will be there all day with you, dancing to the same songs, eating the same food, wearing the same boots. Anything left over after the bills are paid goes straight back into making next year even better.

We think you can feel the difference. And we hope you do.

    Our Philosophy
    • Not-for-Profit

No margins, no markups. Anything left over goes straight back into making next year even better.

    • Run by Musicians

We'll be there all day with you, dancing to the same songs, eating the same food, wearing the same boots.

    • Fair Prices

Ticket prices don't creep up. Bar prices don't follow. We keep it honest because that's the whole point.

    • Camping Welcome

Bring your tent, caravan, or motorhome and make a weekend of it at Bridge House Barn.

“We think you can feel the difference.
    And we hope you do.”
